Prior to joining NovaaOne, Tosit Agarwal has worked as an Assistant General Manager at Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in the Corporation Finance Department covering the regulatory aspects of the Primary Market. Prior to that, he has also worked as a Finance Executive at Steel Authority of India Limited where he was responsible for accounting, corporate finance and treasury functions.
Tosit is a Chartered Accountant and has secured All India Rank in Company Secretary examinations. He is also a B.Com graduate from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
