Sunil Sanghai
Founder & CEO
Sunil Sanghai is a seasoned investment banker with over three decades of experience in M&A and capital market. Before founding NovaaOne, he held key leadership roles, including Vice Chairman – Investment Banking and Head of Global Banking at HSBC India, Managing Director and Co-Head of Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs India, and Executive Director at JM Morgan Stanley. He chairs FICCI’s National Committee on Capital Markets and has served on SEBI’s Primary Market Advisory Committee. Beyond finance, he is actively involved in philanthropy, supporting initiatives for children’s development.
Dhruv is a Managing Director at NovaaOne Capital and a member of the Management Committee. Dhruv has executed a broad range of transactions, including multiple buy-side/sell-side M&A mandates, initial public offerings, open offers, schemes of arrangement, REITs, InvITs, and advisory across the TMT, infrastructure and real estate, and consumer sectors.
Prior to joining NovaaOne Capital, he worked with J.P. Morgan. Dhruv holds an MBA from IIM Kozhikode and a B.Com (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.

Prior to joining NovaaOne Capital, he worked with HSBC and Yes Bank. Prateek is a Chartered Accountant, has cleared CFA Level II, and holds a B.Com (Hons) from St. Xavier’s College.

Prior to joining NovaaOne Capital, he worked with HSBC and Bank of America. Parikshit holds a PGDM in Finance from IMT Ghaziabad and a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology.

Prior to joining NovaaOne Capital, she worked with Ambit, HDFC Bank and YES Bank. Sunya is a CFA Charter holder and holds an MBA from IIM Indore.

Kaustubh is a Senior Vice President at NovaaOne Capital, and he co-heads Financial Services group. Kaustubh has executed multiple transactions in the M&A and capital markets space across financial services, infrastructure and industrials.
Prior to joining NovaaOne Capital, he worked with IREP Credit Capital, JM Financial and Citigroup. Kaustubh holds an MBA in Finance from KJ Somaiya Institute of Management (KJSIM).

Prior to joining NovaaOne Capital, she worked with EY. Neerja holds an MBA from IIM Kozhikode and is a Chartered Accountant.
