Our Team

Sunil Sanghai

Founder & CEO

Sunil Sanghai is a seasoned investment banker with over three decades of experience in M&A and capital markets advisory. Before founding NovaaOne, he held key leadership roles, including Vice Chairman – Investment Banking and Head of Global Banking at HSBC India, Managing Director and Co-Head of Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs India, and Executive Director at JM Morgan Stanley. He chairs FICCI’s National Committee on Capital Markets and has served on SEBI’s Primary Market Advisory Committee. Beyond finance, he is actively involved in philanthropy, supporting initiatives for children’s development.
